Dr. Melcher was great! Informative and explained what needed to be done well in layman’s terms. I appreciated her awareness of the need to perform what needed to be performed without pushing the more expensive but not necessarily best plan of action. All other staff was great!

Up to my recent visit I didn’t have nothing bad to say. I had a new dental hygienist which I wasn’t told about in advance. Seem to rush thru everything, then had to wait almost an 1/2 hour for Dr Mechler to come in and she spent maybe 3 minutes total. Very disappointing. They will get one more chance before I move after years of going here. If I based my review on just this visit it would be a 1 star. But my previous visits and Dr Frills is what is keeping it at a rating of a 3. I called and switched my dental hygienist... read more

As usual, the visit was wonderful. Mandy was a new dental assistant, and she was very gentle and kind caring very knowledgeable of her role in my care! I always love the personal conversations with Dr. Frill!

How does one put into words that express how amazing this Dental surgery genuinely is and how grateful I am for the kind, caring, gentle and respectful way patients are treated. I recently had a crown and being a very, very nervous patient I cannot express how amazing Dr Frill and Sue were under very difficult circumstances treating me. I've been coming to Dr. Frill's for years! The receptionists are always kind, the hygienists are thorough and do a great job! Dr. Frill is great very thorough and has taken great care of my teeth. I feel cared for here.
