Several years ago, we told Mr. Haguewood that we wanted to make an offer on a house. Perhaps because multiple-offers above sellers' asking prices were common in that hot sales market period, he in any case didn't bother to even write up ours, which was in the range of the seller's asking-price. Up until this point, however, we did find him to be very courteous and knowledgeable; we just wouldn't contact him again for any real estate purpose.
