We had a storage unit for a few months with Plaza Self Storage, LLC and I can say without a doubt that they're the best storage units in the area. Their prices are the best, they're professional, clean and willing to help in any way they can if any issues arise at all. They were always available to answer the phone and if they weren't they were very timely and punctual with calling back. The payment system is very easy and smooth as well. Definitely would recommend this business.

Brandi is very great to work with! And she answers her phone! The units are very secure I had no worries at all. Very clean and well taken care of place. Price is very reasonable for the climate control facility and size of units. I highly recommend! Thank you!

Plaza Self Storage in Highland, IL is a great climate controlled storage facility. Extremely clean, well lighted, secure and has large overhead rolling doors making loading and unloading your items in the storage unit very easy. The monthly rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend for short or long term storage needs!

Storage rental has been raised twice in less than a year, the first time with no notice. It’s not a higher end facility, though with the rate increases, one may think it is. I’ve an inside unit & there’s not a light inside the unit, as light is on a timer at the other end of my unit. I’ve only spoken with management once, right when I was moving in. He was nice at the time.

I was very pleased with how clean and secure Plaza Storage facility was. Brandy was so accommodating with setting up my account to make the monthly automatic payments. Highly recommend in the Highland area.
