Hands down the BEST builders to build with. We have had a few homes built with different builders, and had terrible experiences. We moved from out of state and when we decided to go with a spec home that was still in the building stage from Platinum, I was hesitant to build 3000 miles away due to past experiences that made me jaded with building. SOLID. That's the best way to describe our Platinum built house. If it should open, it does. Close, does that too. Everything works as it should. No cracks, pops, settling. High end finishes installed with best practices. Happy customer!
I live in the town homes built by platinum builders. They are constructing new town homes across the street and this is the second time in two weeks that I have run over a nail and gotten a flat tire. I called to speak with the foreman of the site and had the displeasure of speaking with Lee, who was extremely dismissive and accepted zero responsibility before rudely hanging up on me. Their unprofessionalism speaks volumes and their workers are negligent workers who just throw together these town homes without care.
