It was the best. I’m new to the area, so I needed a new Vet. My brother and his wife highly recommended Dr. Watson. They were so spot on. Dr. Watson was not only professional, he was kind, compassionate and it was like talking to your Dad or a close friend. I absolutely love this place! This was our first time at Pinetree. We recently moved to the area and this vet got great recommendations from two of our neighbors who also use them. Dr. Watson was great. He took his time, was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. They also got me in quickly when I realized my dog was having ear issues. Very happy to make Pinetree our veterinarian.
PAH is always friendly and helpful when we come for our visits. Katniss and Asher have gotten to know where they are when we are there and this visit Katniss found her own kibbles! (We waited on the doc tho!) Our family trusts and highly recommends them!
I recently moved here with my 16 year old beagle and needed to get established with a new vet. I couldn't have felt more welcome and taken care of from all I encountered. Such an efficient office! Dr. Israel was so wonderful, very friendly and even helped me find my dogs prescriptions at considerable savings. Everyone went over and above to help us and we are so happy to have found them. Just a wonderful experience.
We actually had two visits back to back, the first day was a visit with Dr Watson and he was great, everyone was friendly and seemed helpful, Dr Watson was excellent and seemed as if he really cared. The next day it was completely different, one of our pups was nervous as this was her first time going there and was not familiar with the place or people and the way that Dr Israel approached her made it worse causing her to throw up everywhere and they didn’t care about her at all, or that she was scared, totally traumatizing ... read more
