Steve, Nick, Nicole & the rest of the crew were absolutely amazing! From Steve providing an extremely thorough inspection & explanation of what our home would need; Nicole being so so sweet with arranging the appointments; getting paperwork completed; & always keeping us informed… and then to Steve, Nick and the rest of the awesome guys getting the job completed in such an efficient, quick & meticulously way was the icing on the cake! The installation of my whole house generator was seamless… The companies representatives were truly professional. They were on time every time and kept me informed all along the process. I would say that this was the perfect customer experience. I would highly recommend this company!

All individuals and aspects of the job by Pike County Generator were superior. We had a 2400 (I think) General generator and propane tank installed. The owner, Steven, is impressively knowledgeable, educative, and organized from quote to invoice. I had confidence from the beginning while speaking with the business person Nicole. Same can be said for the other individuals on the job. This team walks the talk. We’re so glad we chose wisely.

We just had a generator installed by them. They did an amazing job. And Stephen answered all our questions and showed us how to operate it. Have manual and everything that came with it. We are very pleased.
