Steve, Nick, Nicole & the rest of the crew were absolutely amazing! From Steve providing an extremely thorough inspection & explanation of what our home would need; Nicole being so so sweet with arranging the appointments; getting paperwork completed; & always keeping us informed… and then to Steve, Nick and the rest of the awesome guys getting the job completed in such an efficient, quick & meticulously way was the icing on the cake! All individuals and aspects of the job by Pike County Generator were superior. We had a 2400 (I think) General generator and propane tank installed. The owner, Steven, is impressively knowledgeable, educative, and organized from quote to invoice. I had confidence from the beginning while speaking with the business person Nicole. Same can be said for the other individuals on the job. This team walks the talk. We’re so glad we chose wisely.

We can’t say enough great things about Pike County Generator. From the moment they showed up to spec the installation to the actual work we felt at complete ease that everything would be handled professionally. We were 100% correct to feel that way. They exceeded expectations by a long ways. They were prompt, meticulous in their work, and neat with regards to excavation. As the Throop's rolled in... WOW! We can't say enough good things about these guys. The morning of our install a little before 8:00 am I open my garage door to move our vehicles to the other side of the driveway for access and the flotilla has arrived. 3 trucks, flatbed, excavator , lights a-flashing. A well oiled machine. Super quick setup with awnings up due to inclement weather and away we go! Stephen thoroughly explains his course of action and his recommendations for the job.
