The company is very knowledgeable, great trainers, caring, Awesome, great communicating very reasonable. And here’s the photo of my 14 week year-old puppy after two training seminars so I recommend multiple training awesome response but the dog is very intelligent
John and the entire team at Pet Stop were wonderful. Tim did a great job installing the fence (including across our driveway, he did very carefully to leave a neat seam). Emily was a great trainer for our Border Retriever. And the system has worked great for us!
We love our Pet Stop fence. Customer service is amazing. I also love the new online shop to order replacement batteries for the collars. So much more convenient.
Amazing customer service. They were diligent about training our pups and ensured we were comfortable with the process- just kind people overall. Would definitely recommend using Pet Stop!
I cannot recommend the guys at Pet Stop enough! They installed our fence last year and it’s been the best decision we made for our Great Dane. Since then they’ve been out a couple times to fix breaks (that we are to blame for with endless house projects 🤦🏼♀️). The last break we had was a partial break causing the system to inconsistently beep. They came out multiple times to try to fix the problem and worked endlessly until the problem was fixed! Would recommend them to everyone!
