My dogs have been boarded at pet paradise every summer for the past several years while my family is out of town. The dogs were always clean and healthy and happy. This year, new ownership, totally different experience. My wife left a review and the owner responded. The owner said my dogs, who are house dogs, urinated in their beds every night, and we're peeing in the kennel because of the fireworks. False advertisement. They don't accept "every" animal. They assume that if your fur baby has "pit" in it's breed, then your dog is vicious. They would not let my dog stay. Peanut is sweeter than a lot of humans!!
They have a very friendly, caring staff. The kennels are clean and they offer convenient, weekend pick up times. My dog seemed to enjoy her visit there.
I have been using Pet Paradise to board my dogs when we go on vacation for years and have never had any issues whatsoever until today.. When I picked our dogs up, they were disgusting. Reeked of urine, crusty faces and tails. Like they were left in their own waste the entire 5 days we were gone. My golden doodle wouldn’t even look at me. Very disappointed. I will never board my babies there again!
I’ve been going to Pet Paradise since they first opened. I’ve used them for grooming various dogs and boarding. They have always done an excellent job. I highly recommend them.
