sounds like trying to get something for free. u got your refund what else u want. great place an people the dogs are loved an well cared for by loving dog owners. an the prices are really reasonable. ty
wonderful people best grooming my dog has ever had. There kennel is the cleanest I've erver seen everything included i one price! WE LOVE IT AND SO DO OUR PETS!
Very upset with both customer interaction, business practices and care of my two dogs. Our dogs were put in a larger kennel without our consent and we were charged for it. After raising several questions we were refunded the money but yelled at, insulted for to having enough money to pay the higher bill and told to never come back. Don't worry, we won't be back and I suggest others use caution in a case like this also.
