Had our first appointment with our daughter today, the appointment was at 1:40 and we got there since 1:30 clinic was not open until after our appointment time. Walked in to clinic and an older woman was at the front desk and did not even greeted us, she was just getting our new patient paperwork ready. One of the assistants which she was amazing got my daughter back for xrays and did her cleaning, she was professional, kind, and caring towards my daughter which flipped the whole visit to a positive one . We love Dr Cullen he is a very professional dentist. My boys have been going with him for a long time and now that they are becoming teens the thought of having to change a dentist as they get older is nerve wrecking! We absolutely love him! Not to mention the dental techs are very professional as well. Not really fond of the current check out personnel (one specifically) but will continue going because he is amazing with my boys!
We have been going to this dentist office for five years. My children are treated kindly and patiently. They used to be terrified of the dentist but now they are excited to see Dr. Cullen! They will do their best to fit you in as early as possible and accomodate your needs. The office has a lovely Ancient Egypt theme, a play house corner, and a lovey yellow Labrador named Gus!
I have had a great experience with all 4 of my kids here starting since 2015 and 100% trust my child with this dentist office. I don’t understand the negative reviews, They maybe aren’t known for “ superior”customer service but they do strive and are the best in town when it comes to knowledge about what they are doing. Are you trusting your child with a Dentist because he is “friendly”? Or will you trust somebody who has experience, knowledge and knows what they are doing with your kids teeth ? I have been taking my children to Dr. Cullen for over 12 years and every visit is exceptional. Especially when the kids were young and scared. All of the staff has treated us like family since day one. Thank you Pediatric Dentistry of Yuma!
