I have been going to this pediatrician’s office for a long time, even since I was younger. The staff is always really nice and welcoming whenever I come in. They make me feel comfortable and not nervous at all. Even though the doctors have changed over time, the care has stayed really good. We are so grateful that we found the Pediatric Center of Carmichael. We live in the neighborhood so it is very convenient. But more than that, every single communication with each staff member has been so smooth and easy. The staff have been so friendly and knowledgeable. The appointment date and time worked well for us. I’ve been bringing my children here since they were very young, and even though some of the doctors have changed over the years, the office staff has remained the same. They have always been kind, welcoming, professional, and extremely thorough with every visit. It says a lot about a practice when the staff consistently cares for families over so many years. They have one referral coordinator for all their offices, so know that they won't be diligently following up on the referral like they should or in an efficient manner. So if your child is in desperate need to see a specialist, I highly suggest seeking another doctors office because you won't get a call from the coordinator anytime soon, so you're the one has to be contacting the doctor office to get follow ups.
