What I like is how quickly of response time and how the let me know what was available and gave me another option, but most of all the quick response.
This is for the Rental side. Okay experience until move out. Long story short they significantly overcharged from my security deposit to repair damage to the home that I did not cause. After repeated private complaints they refused to address the issue even given that I provided many pictures and a marked-up move in report.
