Natana was the sweetest and most helpful with the beginning process! She made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in the door. Dr. Burns was absolutely amazing! He made me feel so at ease going into a process that can seem really intimidating and/or scary. He asked questions and I felt like he actually listened to my answers and has a treatment plan made just for me! If anyone needs to see a chiropractor PLEASE go see Dr. Burns! The best of the best! I will tell everyone I know to see Dr. Burns!
Dr burns gets 5 stars from me. Nicest man you could ever meet, and they have the cutest dog at reception named drago! (He was awesome enough to talk with me while filing out paperwork) my usual chiropractor is out until Monday, and I had needed an adjustment sooner(like today) I had called 5 other places about a walk in before I called them. From the moment we entered we were treated with respect and professionalism. Front desk was very kind and helpful. Dr. Burns explained all in detail and was very gentle. We are Thankful he was able to see us today. We have found our Chiropractor, finally.
I was visiting Rapid City from Massachusetts when I began experiencing severe back pain. After three days, a friend recommended that I see Dr Burns. It has been 24 hours since my adjustment and 90% of my pain has resolved! If you need chiropractic help, I would HIGHLY recommend that you see Dr Burns.
Amazing!! I was in pain for almost 2 weeks with my neck. Could not look over right shoulder. Could not even sleep from the pain. Doc Burns had to work on my neck 3 times over 2 days. But he did it I can move my neck and life is back on track. Thanks I will tell everyone about the skills you have.
