The service may be great for people that are able to be home all the time and don't need to schedule ahead of time/take off work, etc. I definitely got the impression from the woman on the phone that they really didn't need my business. I initially called on a Friday and she said someone could probably come on the following Tuesday but they would call me with a time. Parker plumbing came out promptly when we had problems. They fixed them quickly and professionally. They charged me correctly and didn't try to rip me off. They will be my plumbers forever.

The service was excellent. The service man was very kind. The person that answered my call was very polite. Making an appointment and working with my schedule was very easy. I will use again if needed and highly recommend to my friends and family.

Very prompt and very professional.the young man was very knowledgeable,and my dog liked him.they say that dogs are very good judge of character 😀
