I took my rings in for checking in prongs and then we decided to look into putting a larger diamond in it. Scott was great to work with and gave me several options and suggestions. We ended up trading in my diamond for a larger stone and different shape. It turned out beautiful and I can’t quit admiring it! I highly recommend Parker’s!!
I had my ring fixed that is a family heirloom Mr. Parker built up the sides so I can’t loose my diamonds anymore, he also cleaned and buffed the ring and now it looks like brand new VERY great job . Very helpful staff. Knowledgeable jeweler who can do most any repair. It is a small shop but still have a pretty wide selection for most anyone. And if they don't have it they can get it or even make it. I was very satisfied they had some things for a nice Christmas present. I would recommend them!
They did such an amazing job! I had a 10k gold ring that I asked to be engraved for my graduation and Julie did it in a day/evening! The environment was so friendly and they really rook care of me as a customer. I found them through word of mouth and I am so glad I did! Thank you guys! The ring is amazing!
I’ve worn a gold cross on a chain for 40 years…hardly ever was it taken off. It was a gift from my husband and son. Alas, I was devastated when due to wear, it fell off chain…just before my 80th Birthday. I was told Mr. Parker had a lot of work before mine. Shocked and sweaty-eyed when I received call a couple days before the BIG80, my cross was repaired and could be picked up.
