Whoever answers the phone for your multiple locations is terribly rude. I cancelled my appointment because of her. She didn’t care at all about anything I needed. I called Charleston GI and they were so kind and caring. That first impression is everything and it’s definitely not good at this business.
Great Doctor and staff. The doctor was friendly and very informative. His staff processed the appointment very quickly and ensured my follow up was scheduled on a day that suited my schedule. Highly recommended.
