Everytime I have taken my vehicles to Palker Automotive it has been a good experience. Ward and his crew are honest and very reliable. I have recommended them to many people who were also satisfied with the service they provided them.

These guys are really, really competent! They actually have great diagnostic skills, a RARE talent these days. Where other garages rely on the garbage the car's computer spits out, and then throw unneeded expensive parts at the car, (i have seen so many garages do that!!) these guys zero in the actual problem replacing only what is needed. I've had my vehicles serviced here for the past several years. Workmanship is good, staff is knowledgeable and friendly, prices are decent. Would definitely recommend them.

Ward and his team are very knowledgeable and thorough. Excellent communication and won’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. In fact, the dealership was trying to have me unnecessarily replace brake fluid and ward checked mine and advised it’s not necessary right now. My kind of mechanic!

Brendan informed me quickly in the morning what repairs my car needed along with an estimate. I gave the go ahead to do the repairs. He called me promptly a few hours later that my car was ready. I appreciate the prompt service as always as I have for the past few years.
