I'm thrilled to have discovered this exceptional location, and I'm eagerly anticipating the opportunity to experience their outstanding services firsthand. Since my recent relocation to Cleveland, Ohio, I've found it truly challenging to identify reliable and trustworthy individuals amidst the crowd.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped car off at end of my work day, with understanding the work would be completed next day. To my surprise, the work was completed same day. Palker Automotive is the place to go for Great service at a fair price. They kept my 2004 Santa Fe alive until it was time to trade in or newer model. I will continue to have my vehicle sevrviced by Palker. Thanks everyone!!

After my first visit to Palker Auto I was impressed with their knowledge and straight-forwardness. Never felt like they were trying to add on services and were willing to answer all my questions. The mechanic ensured I understood not only the issues but also the cost. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is never easy but I will gladly return for all my auto needs.

Ward and his crew at Palker Automotive are amazing! Great customer service. Always a no nonsense diagnosis, and straight forward recommendation. Ward has been my mechanic for years. I would NEVER take my automobiles to anyone else.
