Ward and his guys once again came through for me. I had them replace the rack and pinion on my Jeep Patriot and they did it right the first time like they always do unlike some other shops. And they don't play gimmick games or try to upsell you parts or work that you don't need because they don't need to lie, cheat, or steal in order to make some money. Professional, friendly, and quick. I've been using Palker automotives services for a little over a year now, and haven't been disappointed. The owner, Ward is knowledgeable and helpful. His employees, the same, and as an added bonus his shop puppy is, while usually asleep on the job, easily the friendliest of the bunch.

I love this place! Anytime I need anything done to my car this is the place I go to. They are fair with their prices and very pleasant. They will inspect everything on your vehicle as they work on it and let you know if you need it now or down the road. Definitely an honest place!
Was told I need a new engine by one of those franchise repair shops for $8k. Nope. Found this garage on the web. When I pulled in and got out of my car and met Duke I knew I was in the right place. An old school mechanic and garage. They knew right away what the issue was and fixed it in a day. AND a very reasonable price, and I didn’t need a new engine. Check them out and pet Duke, he loves a good ear scratching.
