We bought a new unit from Palestine air the price was very competitive and the service techs were polite and professional the owner came and checked on the installation. We are very pleased with the new unit!

I highly recommend this company. My AC went out on Friday night. They were here first thing this morning on Monday and it was Raining and Charles. The tech worked on my unit and had it back up and running in 20 minutes. I’ve used them before back in December 20 also in January 1921 highly recommend this company they are awesome I won’t go anywhere else.

I have had to call them twice once for my heater not working and recently my A/C went out. I was always very comfortable with the repair man who came out to fix my equipment both times. Sometimes it’s really hard to know who to choose but I believe you will not regret using this company. Thank you from a single woman who knows nothing about air conditioning repairs. You made me feel so comfortable and secure. I truly appreciate that.

Called Palestine Air & Heat about a fan motor on my outside unit heat pump. They said they could be here that same afternoon. I had a Dr. appt. and scheduled for the next morning and they arrived right on time. Found the problem, they had the part on their truck and had me running in about 30 minutes. I asked the service tech if he would look at the emergency heat on the inside unit which had not worked properly since the unit was installed.
