Very nice and friendly staff and my dr. She is great. Goes above and beyond to accommodate your every eye needs.

Being new to t he area, and after a negative experience after my cataract surgery at another facility, I was ready to seek eye care outside of Mountain Home until a friend mentioned Ozark Eye Center. I real reluctant until I met with Pat Brooks who spent time with me then set up an appointment with Whitney McFall, O.D., both of who were caring, diligent, professional not only in their mannerism but thorough in their examination. I highly recommend this facility and thank them.
Ozark staff and employees are very professional, they're great, they are prompt, on time, you're in and out, they definitely know what they're doing.

I am always very satisfied with the entire staff over at Ozark Eye Center. They really know what they are doing.
They put me at ease with everything going on. I never had a physician like Dr. Hill that is so knowledgeable and cares so much about his patients.
Dr Hill, his staff and the office staff are all great. The optical department is horrible, however, and incredibly rude. I was last in there on a day where they were not at all busy and left after 30 minutes because no one would even wait on me. This also happened to my husband in the past. I finally left and got my glasses elsewhere, even though it meant I lost my insurance discount for getting them at the same time and place as my exam.
