I worked with Patrick graham in the process of buying a forclosure with a fha loan and I could not be happier. He went way above and beyond for me and stuck out a 4-5 month long process with me. No matter what time of day I called he would pick up and answer any questions I had. Would reccomend this team to anyone in Cheyenne location.

I both bought and sold my home with Lindsey. I worked with realtor Abigail, and she was fabulous. Abigail was fantastic in helping me stage my home, navigate working with the buyers and buyer's agent, AND she saved me over $7500 in commissions due to their flat fee structure. She was with me every step of the way and took a ton of stress off my shoulders as iI navigated selling my home and moving out of state. Would absolutely go through Abigail and 323 Real Estate again.

I have made real estate transactions with other real estate agents, but Abigail is by far the best real estate agent. She really cares about her clients, and it shows in her work. Her professionalism is second to none. She is arguably the best real estate agent in the state of Wyoming. You can't go wrong when you choose Abigail. You will not be disappointed.
