They are sure to greet you as you walk in the door. The staff are very friendly. The brand of ice cream is a premium brand, Ashby's Sterling, easily the best in town. It would be better if the dipping cabinets kept the ice cream at the correct temperature of 5 degrees. While open dipping cabinets display the ice cream well, they also allow air to get to the ice cream causing ice crystals to form. The employees could use additional training on how to pack a cone. Visted for the first time today and it was lovely! I got a 8 ounce candy bag for only $5! The place was very cute!

Opie's Candy Store is the cutest, friendliest shop with great prices!! My family loved visiting there and we enjoyed all of the ol' fashioned candy. 🥰
