I absolutely love my provider, Angel! She is incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely listens to my needs. Every visit feels comfortable and supportive. Angel goes above and beyond to make sure I understand everything and feel taken care of. I’m truly grateful to have her—highly recommend!

If there's any negative reviews Toward one Cross or the staff here I would be surprised. Dr. Angel and staff (Ann-Marie) Have been nothing but concern for the WellCare of everyone I've come across including myself. And having run into a couple reviews left me upset at the fact that when people don't get their way they take it out on those around them and that's not fair I will forever love the staff here and hope to continue to establish and develop a great relationship and a healthy lifestyle because of this place thank you... read more

I’m not sure what happened internally, but Angel has been the only provider I trust with my medical care due to the complexity of my condition. I arrived for my scheduled appointment expecting to see her and was given no notice of any change. From the moment I checked in, the entire atmosphere felt off. There was a woman I had never seen before sitting at the front who appeared to be in charge, and her presence made me uncomfortable. Always great service. Very understanding providers. Kelly. Ann Marie always helpful at making appts. Angel and Kim are very supportive providers, and Rebecca and Jess are amazing nurses. Recommend to the whole community.

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. While I appreciated their kindness, I left feeling somewhat unsatisfied with how my main concern was addressed. The provider prescribed medication, but I would have valued more discussion and education about the treatment, as well as more answers regarding my issue. I also did not feel that the provider truly cared about my concerns.
