such a great dr office! i’ve been dealing with chronic back pain for 7 yrs. my former pcp could only do so much so i switched over to one cross. my first visit was a few weeks ago, and from then to now, it’s been a great experience. i initially seen perry who was great. i got switched over to mckenzie today, and she’s amazing as well! i love how they don’t just speak to you as your provider, but in a friendly way as well. it makes us patients feel more comfortable opening up, instead of feeling unheard. i’m blessed to say we... read more
Honestly, this is one of the few doctor’s offices I don’t dread going to. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Everyone is welcoming, helpful, and clearly knows what they’re doing. Bonus points for having a staff that’s not only competent but also easy on the eyes—nice to see smiles and positive energy instead of stress and attitude. The doctors actually listen, the appointments are efficient, and I always leave feeling taken care of. Highly recommend.
I see Kimberly Bowen in Lebanon. I always avoided going to the doctor because I felt none of them ever listened. I still don't like going, but that's just me. However Kimberly listens. All of the staff at the lebanon office are super nice and helpful.
Well first of all I was never told by the location that my NP was gone. It would have been nice to have a call letting me know and then to ask me if I would be willing to see another NP. I’m very saddened that my wonderful NP is gone from there. She was great and truly cared.
Dr.Bowen and staff are all very friendly, patient and have genuine care to make anyone feel comfortable. They are very knowledgeable and have made a tremendous impression and impact on my daily life. I highly recommend one cross!
