We took my daughter today for her first dentists visit. I was very nervous going in as my daughter is only 19 months old but everyone involved made the appointment go so much smoother than I could have ever imagined. From the scheduling with awesome Casie to the wonderful dental hygienist (who was an absolute angel with my daughter) and the dentist Dr. Roeder, all three went above and beyond to make my little girl as comfortable as possible. We absolutely *love* this dentist office. The hygienist are fantastic. So gentle and kind with the kids. They really know how to work with children and make them feel comfortable. The doctors are great as well. They also are terrific with the kids. The doctors explain everything so clearly and comprehensively. We were also able to schedule all 3 kids in one appointment, which was so helpful. I cannot recommend this dentist practice high enough.
Dr. Roeder is amazing, very patient & caring and works very well with my special needs daughter. Victoria, her dental assistant is also amazing. They are a great team! The office staff is pleasant and we are always greeted with a smile. Great office vibe 5*!
If you're looking for a professional compassionate and caring dentist, you arrived to the right place! It's a kid friendly place where they have a nice waiting room with a fishtank the kids love, friendly secretaries, and the best dental care out there! Also, they are very accommodating with appointments. Booking appointments, then making changes if necessary. They even call you to offer when they have availability to bring 2 kids at once!
