These ladies are phenomenal. We’ve been to them before for routine care, which was great. But, I was worried today when my 9 year old had to have a couple baby teeth pulled. She’s terrified of shots/needles. I expected a tearful disaster. They kept her unbelievably calm and happy throughout the procedure. She didn’t even realize the dentist used a needle for numbing. Amazing! They clearly have a talent for helping children.
Today was our first visit and we are already looking to go back . The whole office is nicely decorated and makes you feel at home . The office staff is amazing from the front desk to the dental hygienist and the dentist. They made sure my daughter understood everything they were doing and they made sure she was comfortable 100% of the time . So glad we came across them …. Highly recommend the cream ridge office
Had a great experience. We transferred here from another office and our first visit was so different from our other office. I have 4 small boys under 5 and the staff was so nice and helpful. Even with the boys fussing, everyone still took their time and maybe sure to do a thoral exams. I felt our other office rushed us and if the bous cried they didn't make sure to check. Entire staff were extremely welcoming and kind. Even when I made the appointment (it was my first time scheduling my daughter and she had a tooth injury) they listened and accommodated us. Once in the exam room they were so good with my 2 year old she didn't even resist or get upset. They gave her stickers, sunglasses for the lights, and then a token to use on the toy machine at the exit. So grateful for a positive experience.
My sister and I have been patients at this office for 18 years. The staff members are all so fantastic and kind! Highly recommend Ocean Pediatric Dental to all!
