My experience with oak grove could’ve been a little better. At first, the ladies were very nice and helpful when i was desperate to find a place to live. This rental company is amazing. I became disabled and in dire need of a one level apartment asap. This company found me a unit that met all my needs and was way under my budget. I can't say enough nice things about them. Great apartment at a great price. And the office ladies were all so nice and helpful. I highly recommend them if you are in need of an apartment.

I’ve never had a problem with Oak Grove. If I did, the problem was taken care of in a timely fashion. The ladies are so kind and nice. Any type of maintenance that needed done, they were on top of it! This is my second year renting with them, and it’s been just as pleasant as the first.

Do not try to ever rent a property from this place. They do not know what they are doing and do not understand that individuals have personal issues. A lease was signed and a friend had to leave due to personal circumstances and apparently there was “too many changes to the lease”. You mean the one change? These people do not care about their tenants and do not care after you give them a thousand dollars of working money. I would give 0 stars if it was an option! There are so many other options in Indiana. Do not let these people damage your renters history especially so early. From the leaking that flooded two whole floors to the rude women at the realtors office. You can and will find better!…… as you can see below, they responded saying the flooding affected two apartments one on the first floor and another on the second. THEREFORE! It was two floors!
