The staff is great and has been very helpful . My only complaint is the outside maintenance. Very trashy and unappealing.
Everyone treated me professionally. I left feeling listened to and offered excellent care. Julie Melendez was able to explain what I was going through and offered an excellent plan for my future treatment.
Dr Goodman is EXCELLENT!! I'm glad my health care provider directed me to Dr.Goodman at NWO on Gypsy Lane Rd in Bowling Green Ohio. She's extremely professional and I couldn't be more pleased.
Great first impression! They immediately x-rayed my problem area (left knee) and quickly diagnosed the issue I was having… A physical therapy assessment was recommended and was I able to make the appointment on site and at a convenient time for me. Their patient care and service is outstanding. No hour-long wait to see the doctor, they took me right at the time of my appointment! 👍 - Rich F.
Dr. Goodman is a wonderful podiatrist and has served me well for several years. The rest of the staff at NWO is cheerful, helpful and kind. My only (really minor) complaint is their sign-in process, which is electronic. It took me a long time to work my way through it. I know, 1st world problems. On the whole, an excellent doctor's office.
