Very nice and professional. I was hurt on Sunday, had an appt with them on Tuesday. Surgery set up for Thursday. Dr. Brady was very informative to make sure I understood everything correctly.
My calls are always returned in a timely manner and treated with importance. They promptly helped me navigate any insurance issues I had. Dr. Doug Steiner did my hip replacement and he is kind, professional and skilled. I would recommend NWO Orthopedics to anybody.
What a wonderful staff they have. Everyone was so nice. Dr. Nye was kind, informative and did not make you feel like a number. He explained my injury thoroughly and made sure I understood. I highly recommend this office!
I saw Dr. Doug Steiner for left knee pain. He examined my knee and determined possible arthritis from previous x-ray and possible bursitis. He did an injection into the knee. Surprisingly the injection did not hurt at all. Wonderful Dr. I have had him do back injections on me and also a meniscus repair surgery and he is amazing. Wonderful personality and great at what he does. I highly recommend him. Thanks again Dr. Steiner! Becky Botton
I came to NWO to be examined by Dr. Douglas Steiner at 2:30. I was directed to the x-ray room where 3 x-rays were taken. I then was examined and diagnosed. I was then taken to the physical therapy department, examined, diagnosed and fitted with a brace. I was then provided with exercise instructions and a class how to conduct the exercises properly. By far, the fastest and best care I have ever received. Every person provided me with there undivided attention. Thank you NWO employees! You're the best.
