I saw Dr. Doug Steiner for my neck, and he took my concerns seriously. After years of getting brushed off by other doctors, It felt like a weight had been lifted that someone was listening. While my diagnosis isn't ideal, I'm very grateful to him and his team for giving me an answer and a way forward. Dr. Steiner is kind and explains things very well, I will always recommend him to anyone who needs care.
Everyone was super nice and professional. Brady Decker was very impressive. He examined my elbow so thoroughly, showed me my X-rays, and answered all my questions, arming me with the info I needed to make my own decision moving forward. Kudos. Highly recommend!
I’ve been getting therapy from Nathan in Tiffin and very pleased with the progress I am having. He’s very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I first saw Julie in Findlay and she did a great job diagnosing my foot problem. Very informative and patient helping me get my problem solved. I like that NWO has both Findlay and Tiffin offices. Very pleased with the care I am receiving.
I arrived early for my appt. I was brought back to the exam room within 10’ and the staff was very pleasant. However, I did have to wait in the exam room for quite some time, but all is good. All my questions were answered and the visit went well with the doctor. Thank you!
