Excellent medical facility. Dr Nye and staff are very welcoming and friendly. They take time to talk to you, answer questions and explain in terms that are easily understood. I give them the highest recommendation.
Dr. Brent Steiner is amazing!! He’s very friendly and knowledgeable. I like that he gives me options for what I’m seeing him for and allows me to decide what I’m comfortable with at that time. The Tiffin office was very quiet and there was very little wait time to be seen. I’ll definitely be using this location again in the future and would recommend Dr. Steiner.
Doctor Kim Smith is the best foot doctor anywhere near this area. Always helpful with questions and I didn't even feel the shot in the side of my foot. Thanks Doc!!
I had surgery on my finger in Feb of 2023 they did not bill my insurance for anesthesia. Now over a year later a third party is billing me. My insurance company call them to give them a billing information and they still have not billed my insurance company and threaten me. Use IOI they did a great job on my hip replacement everything went well and no billing hassles.
The people at NWO are awesome. They were so accommodating to us and so compassionate! We got in right at our time! This is amazing in itself. The PA was very thorough and professional!
