What a wonderful staff they have. Everyone was so nice. Dr. Nye was kind, informative and did not make you feel like a number. He explained my injury thoroughly and made sure I understood. I highly recommend this office!
I came to NWO to be examined by Dr. Douglas Steiner at 2:30. I was directed to the x-ray room where 3 x-rays were taken. I then was examined and diagnosed. I was then taken to the physical therapy department, examined, diagnosed and fitted with a brace. I was then provided with exercise instructions and a class how to conduct the exercises properly. By far, the fastest and best care I have ever received. Every person provided me with there undivided attention. Thank you NWO employees! You're the best.
Short term disability paperwork will cost you an extra $35 are you kidding me??? Of course this wasn't mentioned when the appointment was scheduled, nor upon arrival, nor during imaging, nor during the actual appt with the doc who even said to have the paperwork faxed over and they'll get that taken care of... nor when the paperwork was dropped off in person. Nope just an unpleasant surprise phone call when money is tight! Great policy NWO!

I saw Dr. Doug Steiner for my neck, and he took my concerns seriously. After years of getting brushed off by other doctors, It felt like a weight had been lifted that someone was listening. While my diagnosis isn't ideal, I'm very grateful to him and his team for giving me an answer and a way forward. Dr. Steiner is kind and explains things very well, I will always recommend him to anyone who needs care.
