Fell down on solid ice with my left leg completely under my butt. Tore all my quadracept muscles loose from my bone but didn't break the bone. Bruce Heck had to reconnect all my tendons back to the bone. Thought I would never walk normal again. But I was wrong, Thanks again NWO.

Nice and clean facility. Everyone I met was very kind. Prompt in moving through to appointment. Dr Steiner was very personable and knowledgeable. Great job at explaining diagnosis and treatment options. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience, very caring staff. Everyone explained the expat to me, showing me where my problems were. I would refere anyone I know to go see them. I thought Brady was very thorough in explaining everything to me.

I went to NWO for physical therapy on my sore and stiff knees. Staff was very professional in assessing my situation and providing me with a progressive exercise program to strengthen my legs. There has been great improvement in the stiffness which was as much a concern to me as the pain. There is less pain and there have been several days when my knees actually feel normal. I will continue the exercise program and am grateful for the expertise and support of the staff.

Everyone that has helped me through this health-care issue has been great! From the surgeon, Dr.Nye to all of the physical therapists and the NP Brady Decker all are interested in getting you back to health. I highly recommend NWO.
