The staff at the time of my visit for surgery was helpful and friendly. They care about the patient making them feel relaxed and comfortable, before and after the procedure.
Dr Bruce Heck is absolutely amazing! He took great care of me and got me on the road to recovery when an orthopedic hand specialist Dr in Michigan wanted to use me as a case study. He treated me with respect as well as explaining everything completely before working his majic. He and his staff if nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend him.
Staff was both professional and personable. Experience was streamlined and efficient. Dr Bruce Heck explained procedure before surgery. I was very satisfied.

I had carpal tunnel surgery in the new NWO surgery center, and my experience was exceptional. It was a very quick check-in, and the nurses and staff were very helpful & informative. All of my questions were addressed, and my procedure went very smoothly. I received multiple followup calls, both from the center & my doctor to check on me and answer any questions. I would definitely recommend the NWO Center to anyone needing procedures!
