This place is the absolute best Shane Wall took the time to listen to my concerns after my knee replacement surgery and my recovery was going slow and I was very behind. He had me come in 5 times the first week and my surgeon was so impressed with how much I improved. Sam has been also working with me very closely and I am very impressed with how hands on they are here. Brooke and Jonna are also amazing !!!! I would highly recommend this facility
My husband had broken his ankle and was referred to Northwest Physical Therapy. Shane, Brooke and all of the employees are very friendly & knowledgeable. They explained the process from start to finish. They made sure he didn't over do it. Later on, they kept him from "wondering off" to avoid one machine or another. He looked forward to going for each of his sessions & was sorry when it was over. Thank you for assisting him with his recovery. Shane, your facility ROCKS!!
Shane and his staff members, Brooke, Sam & Jonna are the best! They are professional, down to earth and genuine people who truly care about their patients. It’s like Cheers “where everybody knows your name” and you feel welcome and your needs tended to. If you’re looking for a PT, Shane is the one to see!
Everyone at Northwest Physical Therapy are great very helpful and friendly staff. Shane Wall has helped me recover from double knee replacement, he’s got me up and walking again without a walker. They keep the place very clean and wipe down the equipment after each use. And the other patients are also friendly and encouraging as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing therapy. You may come in as a patient but, you will leave as friends.
I highly recommend Northwest Physical Therapy in Azle to anyone needing professional help with mobility. The office has a relaxed and personal atmosphere with clean and modern equipment. Thank you so much, Shane; you are a caring and encouraging physical therapist.
