Wow! What an amazing experience I had with Jessica and the staff here. Jessica is very knowledgeable and has genuine care for her patients. She listened and did not judge. I am very thankful for her. They were able to do my bloodwork right after my appointment. Rose took extra great care of me. She let me lay down because I am prone to passing out. I was in great hands all around. Truly thank you!!
I am writing this review regarding my experience with Kevin Hineman, PA-C. I left the interaction feeling very concerned and disappointed. During my daughter’s visit, an assumption was made regarding a mark on her arm, suggesting it could possibly be ringworm and/or a bruise. The mark was actually from my daughter being creative and drawing artwork on herself; "Henna". As he moved, a small tennis bracelets to see the markings. My experience was very professional from the doorstep to the receptionist, aid and dr. She was very professional and answered every question and concern about my health. When I left I felt confident in knowing what was causing the pains that Ive been experiencing for months now. She explained each symptom better that the emergency room at the hospital. I will make this place my perminate Dr's office.
Even though the LakeStation office is literally rite down the street from my house it is a major issue for me to travel back and forth across town to the Gary office toting 5 ages 1 - 6 yrs old toddlers it's definitely worth the inconvenience the professional overall experience is totally better the staff is phenomenally awesome my grandbaies love the staff and said granny i liked the doctor she was goood and graded her and the nurse who gave them they immuzation shots A double ++ as they called it lol..
My Sister's primary care Dr retired on us with no notice. She has a disability and takes medicine for seizures. So having to navigate through this. I reached out to Northshore. From that point on to even being able for her to be seen that same day. Was a blessing. The customer service on the phone and at the site (Gary), was exceptional. NP Jessica Tippy took her time with us. Explained things very well to my Sister who is mental challenged. And even made sure future appointments were handled.
