The scheduling customer service representative was very helpful and accommodating, gave me different options to see a provider. I was able to see Dr. Ahmad same day at the Gary location to get my prescription refilled. Dr. was very professional and thorough. Listened to my concerns. Definitely will continue to be a patient there!
The Gary location is my favorite location, even during construction. Staff is always nice and welcoming. Dr.Tipton is an amazing doctor. Very personable and knowledgeable.
I am so disappointed with NorthShore. I have had problems 2 of there clinics. The one in merrillville the nurse gave my sons the wrong vaccination shots. The one Gary had me waiting for over 40 min. In the lobby to never seeing a doctor. They are very unprofessional . I am going found me and my family a better clinic. With more compassion.
My ob, Dr. Tipton is the best. Even as the last patient on a Friday evening he took his time with me. He's off next week but said he would reach out to various people to help me look for an apartment as I'm at a women's shelter currently. Thr office staff is another story entirely. In past several months consistently rude and can't be bothered jsut to make an appointment. I did a walk in and they took me I was so happy the staff is very nice I like it so much that I will be going back they will be my only place I will be going to cause its hard to find good doctors in Gary Indiana
