I've been a patient at Northgate Dentistry for many years. I always find the staff to be professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Any dental work I've had done has been high quality with no issues afterwards. I would recommend their office to anyone. I am also very pleased that Northgate Dentistry participates in the new Canadian Dental Plan.
Only have good things to say about Northgate dentistry! I highly recommend them to anyone. They have worked with myself and my kids for many years now and are always pleasant and quick to provide answers. The staff that greet you at the front desk are always smiling and happy to assist. The hygienist today from Holland was fantastic. Was not a painful experience like last time. I was so nervous about doing this again but she was so informative, helpful n kind. This was my first visit to Dr. Stephane. I was happy that he took me on short notice because I was in pain and couldn't find an available doctor. I want to talk first about the clinic and staff. The clinic has a calm and clean environment that makes me less anxious. The staff, including the dental assistant, is delightful, friendly, helpful, and has a nice smile. I think I understand why my wife wanted to change dentists for awhile now. Answered a call on her phone from them and the were incredible short with me, unsympathetic and the Cherry on top they hung up on me.
