While we did not end up selling our home to NNHB, they were extremely transparent, and understanding as we worked through our decision-making process. They checked back regularly for updates per our request, gave us prompt and clear quotes, and answered our questions all along the way. Such an amazing group of people to work with. The decision was not easy to make, selling my childhood home, but I could not have asked for a more compassionate group of people. They made everything so easy from start to finish. Andy and Brandon were extremely patient and professional. I was happy with every aspect of the process. Great group of people to work with and highly recommended if you want to sell your house for cash. And not have to pay a commission to a realtor. And not have to wait the usual period of time and pain that you would with using a realtor . Also the price they offer you is more than fair .
