Northern Maine Dental's staff is kind, considerate and very reassuring when providing care for my 9 year old. She was nervous about her procedure and they made her feel right at home! Thankful for their caring team of dental professionals.
The cleaning was great.... Something you might think about is the receipt for the visit. It wasn't broken down. Molly owed $10 and I bought two tubes of the tooth paste you sell... If there was anything else I wouldn't know what it was??? Not the end of the world but.. it would be nice. Thanks... Great office and staff!
The office is very inviting when you first walk in. The front end staff, hygienists (Jane is the best!) and practitioners here are all wonderful. They are friendly, professional, thorough and efficient. They really care about their patients. I have been going here for years. Highly recommend.
Entering in the frort door of the Northern Maine Denta Officel you are greeted by a beautiful modern office with comfortable chairs and couch in a calming and inviting waiting room. The front office staff are welcoming and helpful . Dr. Thompson is friendly and professional and explains procedures thoroughly to her patients. I had the pleasure of visiting Haley one of the dental hygienists on staff today. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and at ease . Wonderful Staff who I highly reccomend.
Northern Maine Dental is great. My son & I switched there a couple years ago and it’s the best decision I made. The dentists do a great job explaining everything and my son thought it was pretty cool getting a Pokémon card after his cleaning. Thank you NMD.
