They replaced the heater on my mom's pool. From estimate to installation, the job went smoothly and professionally. They informed me of the progress along the way, and the installation job was timely and competent. I highly recommend this company.

Working in the Real Estate industry I encounter many HVAC companies and have always had a great experience with them and their teams. Sorry HVAC'ers... Northern Comfort Heating & Cooling just raised the bar for everyone. I woke one morning to find that my furnace was not working, not an issue in June but it was in an Upstate January with freezing temps. I was working from home and knew I needed help ASAP. I contacted Northern Comfort Heating & Cooling at 6:00 a.m. and left a message within :20 minutes I received a call back that they were sending someone right out. Much to my surprise *IT WAS THE OWNER* he said his team was already booked and he was able to move an appointment around! In a very short time my house was warming up, I received a comprehensive write up of my HVAC issue, preventative maintenance suggestions and was NOT overcharged. A few days later I received a thank you gift from them. You are now known to me and every one of my clients as Norther Comfort Heating & YOURE SO COOLing!

I have been dealing with this company probably 11 years. I have had many strange repairs and have always called them back to install/repair electrical issues because I wanted the job done right. Carl and Peggy Priest are always pleasant to deal with and have answered all my concerns and listened to my issues. I would be afraid to go anywhere else. I recently had a furnace and heat pump installed and I can't even tell it is running and will save our family in heating bills and air conditioning 30%. The company is honest in our eyes and will stay with them as long as I have this house. They will accommodate to your schedule and I have trusted them to do repairs while I can stay at work during the day. I have always had great communication with the company. I would highly recommend them.

Jamie was out the next day to fix my failed AC unit. I have a wife that is 23 weeks pregnant so not having ac in august just wasn't acceptable. Jamie was very efficient and informative and had me up and running in no time! Would absolutely recommend and use again. Thanks guys!
