I’ve used northeast titles services in the past. They’ve closed out 3 transactions for me. But this 4th closing wasn’t very professional as I expected! I did a DSCR LOAN and it turns out that I had closing costs on both sides, lender/title company, a whopping $9,700.00 in closing costs. The seller handed over the existing rental deposits & Northwest title “illegally” used those rental deposits as part of the closing costs, plus I did not even receive an email or even a phone call or just some sort of notification.
