Shonna Childs directed our closing this morning. She was very pleasant, very helpful, and didn't rush the process. My wife and I felt very much at ease and had a very good experience.
What an amazing team of professionals! Shonna kept in communication at every step of the closing process, ensuring it went quickly and smoothly. She was very gracious in working with tight deadlines and a nervous buyer. Liz was very patient in leading me through the process of online notarization. Both ladies were incredibly friendly, kind, and efficient....they know this business inside and out. I would definitely choose them for my next closing.
Shonna was super efficient - everything was ready, we signed, and we walked out new business owners in less than 30 minutes!
I am so glad we had Northeast Title to do our closing on our home! I would highly recommend them to everyone. They were extremely helpful, thorough, professional and very friendly - a pleasure to work with!
The amazing crew at Northeast title Company in Ely Minnesota got me to the table for closing with less than 10 days notice-Nuff said. 100% awesomeness=Shonna-Karley-Angie-NET!
