I made the very best decision when I asked Nick and Beth Flerlage to represent me during the sale of my home on Venice Island. They are a very knowledgeable and experienced Realtor team. They helped me at every turn. Choosing a list price, helping my preparations for listing, what was worthwhile doing and what would add no value. And believe me they fielded many many text and phone calls. Every contact was promptly responded to with expertise and graciousness. Beth and Nick are the best! After selling our home in NC quickly, we needed to move fast to find a home here. In a matter of days they took us on as clients and helped us find exactly what we were looking for and we had a sizable list of must haves. We are so happy to have had the opportunity to have them help us find the right home.
This is the 2nd time I have worked with Beth and Nick Flerlage, an awesome, over the top, class act team. They are knowledgeable, personable and accessible, and patient beyond belief. I could call or text at any time, and rest assured that if they didn’t pick up the phone, I was going to get a return call right away. The whole procedure was easy, from start to finish, with Beth and Nick and their wonderful daughter right th... read more
Some people are just easy to work with, Nick and the Team at NextHome make easy work out of a complicated business. We have used them several times and have referred them to many buyers & sellers.
Nick and Beth are so knowledgeable and have patients of saints. We came down to flow 1 to 2 time a year, for over 2 years, to look for a Florida home. He helped us narrow down the search and helped us focus on what we wanted in terms of house and location. We found our dream home and couldn't be more pleased with the process. We would, and do, recommend them to anyone looking for real estate. Simply awesome!!
