I was referred to Next Step Insurance by my doctor. I had voiced some concerns about prescription coverage once I started Medicare. Stacy's knowledge and expertise was invaluable guiding me through the process. She presented several options, and I was able to choose the plan that will work the best for me. I would not want to sign up for insurance or Medicare on my own. I am thankful for the great help from Next Step Insurance. They got everything organized for me and it all fell into place. Wonderful experience!

I knew nothing about Medicare. Where to start; what plan is best for me & how will I chose!! I was overwhelmed. I reached out to Next Step because I've personal family & friends recommend them. I couldn't have been more impressed. The reception I received was remarkable. Right from the receptionist, Laura, I was put at peace. I worked with Dave who had answers & very knowledgeable & confident. Everything was explained to where I could understand. I would suggest Next Step to you! Pam

I was recommended to Next Step by a few people when I was in need of new insurance. John S. was thorough in explaining a variety of plan options and was patient when I needed a few days to ponder the choices. The receptionists are friendly and I enjoyed the office atmosphere.

John is our insurance broker for over a year now and we are so happy with him. He helps with every little detail and probably more than aren't even his job to help me with but he's a stand up guy that is great at lending a helping hand and always figures out what would work best for us in every life change that we have as a family. In general, he's always enjoyable to meet with, always has a smile and makes dealing with dreaded insurance where I get so lost, not so bad at all for us. Thanks John!
