Stacy's knowledge and expertise was invaluable guiding me through the process. She presented several options, and I was able to choose the plan that will work the best for me. I knew nothing about Medicare. Where to start; what plan is best for me & how will I chose!! I was overwhelmed. I reached out to Next Step because I've personal family & friends recommend them. I couldn't have been more impressed. The reception I received was remarkable. Right from the receptionist, Laura, I was put at peace. I was recommended to Next Step by a few people when I was in need of new insurance. John S. was thorough in explaining a variety of plan options and was patient when I needed a few days to ponder the choices. The receptionists are friendly and I enjoyed the office atmosphere.
