I knew nothing about Medicare. Where to start; what plan is best for me & how will I chose!! I was overwhelmed. I reached out to Next Step because I've personal family & friends recommend them. John is our insurance broker for over a year now and we are so happy with him. He helps with every little detail and probably more than aren't even his job to help me with but he's a stand up guy that is great at lending a helping hand and always figures out what would work best for us in every life change that we have as a family.
