I knew nothing about Medicare. Where to start; what plan is best for me & how will I chose!! I was overwhelmed. I reached out to Next Step because I've personal family & friends recommend them. I couldn't have been more impressed. The reception I received was remarkable. Right from the receptionist, Laura, I was put at peace. I would not want to sign up for insurance or Medicare on my own. I am thankful for the great help from Next Step Insurance. They got everything organized for me and it all fell into place. Wonderful experience!

John has assisted us in the past with health insurance in and was excellent. We moved to Texas and he help me in find insurance in Texas as next Step is licensed in Texas. He did a lot of research to find a plan that was the cost effective and had the best coverage for me while giving me options. I really appreciated his hard work and highly recommend John!
