I have been very impressed with the process of fitting the sleep appliance and how well it has improved my quality of sleep. It is much easier to use and travel with than a CPAP machine. Dr. Bloch and his team did a great job of fitting the oral appliance and instructing me on its proper use. Very happy with the outcome and I would recommend New Horizons Sleep Solutions to anyone with sleep apnea!
The folks at New Horizon were very professional and friendly. My insurance company declined coverage on my oral appliance, and New Horizon went to bat for me. They handled my appeal, and the insurance company agreed to cover my treatment. Every time I've gone in, they have shown expertise in treating my sleep disorder. I highly recommend New Horizon for apnea sufferers in the Northwoods.
Both my husband and I have been using the sleep appliance for about a year and it has greatly reduced snoring and sleep apnea. You are tested before and after you get the appliance, so you can see how much you have improved. My husband would not consider getting a CPAP, and also wanted something that was easy to take and maintain when going on extended camping trips. Excellent customer service - friendly & knowledgeable staff.
This was a great team to work with. Very efficient at their job, I felt comfortable with them designing my new mouthpiece, and they did a fantastic job!
