I needed a new roof due to leaking and wanted to go with a metal roof. New Heights was recommended by a close friend. When the owner, Kyle, came to provide an estimate, he discovered mold in my attic due to no proper ventilation. He went above and beyond working with my insurance company to see if I could get some reimbursement. Then he and his team showed up and went to town! I found Kyle and his crew to be very responsive and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to meet our unique needs. I could not find any other roofer that would take on the additional tasks required to make this project a success. Highly recommend.

I received 6 quotes for a new roof and the New Heights Roofing price was in between the lowest and highest. Although that is a very important factor, it was also imperative that I felt comfortable with who I was dealing with. Kyle stood out from everyone. He was personable, professional, very knowledgeable (without a sales pitch), patient, honest, punctual and very thorough. The roof was done in 2 days and it looks beautiful.
