Kyle and his team at New Heights Roofing did an outstanding job repairing my garage after a large tree fell and destroyed the roof. His family even did my parents’ roof back in 2001. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and gets on the roof himself. Not pushy at all and really took the time to educate me. Out of the 3 bids I got for a small flat roof, Kyle was the only one that went into good detail about the materials and labor. Rest of the places just threw a price with not much explanation. Strengthened up the roof too with 3/4" plywood sheathing (old stuff rotten) and sistered the joists for extra strength.
Roof looks great! Such a relief to finally have a roof on our home we know was done correctly, they did exactly what was promised. We really appreciated them getting it finished all in one day and doing such a good job cleaning up the yard afterwards.
