If you’re looking for a place that can really help you with great care and unbelievable support- I would highly recommend New Focus. Dr A truly cares about his patients. Ava, who is in the office, is one of the most genuine people you will ever meet. She goes out of her way to make sure you’re happy. Mary will help you as well. Great team!

Had this doctor for over a decade and battle with BPD. When switching to a new doctor after mine left office they refused to help. They are pure evil, don’t suggest checking them out even when desperate. Way to lose your longest held patient without any regard for their mental well being. Disgusting and immoral.

My husband and I have been going to New Focus for several years. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Whenever I have a question between appointments they are very quick to respond. Dr. Aflatoon is extremely knowledgeable. He is concerned about his patients’ mental health and displays a high level of compassion. I highly recommend New Focus Addiction and Behavioral Health!

I had a really disappointing experience with the office staff. They never answered any of my phone calls, and when they finally did, they blamed me for not leaving a voicemail. Despite explaining that I ran out of my medication and needed a refill, they told me I would have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment because I'm considered a new patient, even though I'm not. Dr. Aflatoon himself is great, but his staff is irresponsible and rude.

Highly recommend this office! I have been coming here for 3 years the office manager is very helpful and sweet. She got me in the same day for an appointment. The front staff is quick to return my calls and does a great job. Thank you, NFABH!
