TL;DR: Choose Neverwet, you won't regret it. Springtime update: The sump pump has been working hard, given how high the water table gets at this time of year, but our basement is still bone dry and smells great! Our 70-year-old basement had serious water problems. Over the years, moisture had built up in the walls, causing high humidity and mold growth. The work was decent, but several issues occurred during the install. Things such as, forgetting to turn the sump pump back on before they left one day and the basement would have flooded if we hadn't had caught it. A brick was knocked off my wall with the excavator and my well water electric line was cut. We were told it was all going to be hand dug no excavator would be used. I have done basement wet proofing for 2 of my properties with Neverwet Basement Waterproofing. I have been thoroughly impressed with their work as a team. They finished the work right on time, made sure I was happy with the end product, cleaned up behind them just as they promised. Never had any dampness in any of the 2 properties since. They take pride in their work and I highly recommend them.
