He has been a wonderful doctor, his front desk had problems for a little bit but there seems to be new people there now and i haven't had a problem with them since but as a doctor he is top quality and very well educated
always enjoy checking in with Dr McElya & his PA’s - very caring & they cover everything - open 7 days a week - never a wait longer than 10 minutes
Had one of the worst doctor experience. This office provides awful services (not answering phones, making it extremely difficult to get your medical records etc.). They don’t care about patients. They only care about money.
Awful experience. Extreme wait times, no prescription refills even though dr approved for 3 months. Terrible bedside manner. Don’t care about patients. Care about $$$$

Respected Dr. McElya, Is your office staff going to bill me AGAIN for charges resulting out of their PURE negligence? What steps will you take to ensure that your patients are treated with respect, integrity, dignity & value? Called ur office prior to visit to ask if you accepted my Insurance BCBS. Gracie said yes. During my 12/29/16 appointment they did not verify my Identity, Insurance card, address, phone#. Mia said all my info is in the computer. Called back 1/2/17. They dont have my info
