I can’t say enough about my experience with NCS Roofing. After some storm damage to my roof, I had several quotes for repairs. Brian knocked on my door and quoted the repairs for half of what others were charging. The best part is it was fixed the same day! I would definitely recommend NCS for all roofing needs!!!!
We used NCS Roofing for our roof replacement over a year ago. Recently after a storm we realized a section of fascia came off. I contacted NCS to see if they had a contractor they recommended and they came out right away and took care of this with no extra charge! I could not be more thankful for this kind service that went above and beyond. Brian Dyer has become a friend to us throughout our transactions and we have and will continue to refer NCS to anyone who asks!
Great experience and customer service from Brian and the NCS team. The fence staining project started when promised, the fence looks like new! The team was very polite, clean up after themselves, I am very happy with the result!
Brian came out personally to advise and explain in detail the best way to keep my roof performing as intended. I had some roof caps blown of do to very strong storm winds. My home is a brand new build with a 4 yr old roof and I wasn’t happy that I had issues. Replacing the roofs on my two homes was a breeze with the help of the amazing office manager Valerie! She was prompt, helpful, knowledgeable & made sure she was in contact through out the whole process. She was also more than willing to help me with my insurance company & the claim handling process as she has worked on that side as well, she made sure any and everything that could be addressed on the insurance side was!
