Thank you to Kevin Smith who has now saved us two times with our Natural Gas Fireplace. 1. October 2020 - He was able to come the next day, Identify and fix our problem pretty quickly for a very reasonable charge considering he had to remove and replace more than one device inside the fireplace. 2. March 2025, Kevin was able to come within 30 minutes of calling him (Luck, is in my favour on these calls) but I called other gas companies on both occasions and they provided me with a 2 week wait for them to even come look at ... read more
