I cannot give too many stars to this company. They built an amazing beautiful pool for of. They stuck to the quote. It was done very timely. The entire crew was amazing to work with. Everyone kept us clearly informed at all times. They made the impossible possible with our difficult yard. I highly recommend this company if looking to put in a pool

Not at all happy with product at all. My pool is now close to 5 years old. Cracking, chipping separation in multiple places. Both inside shell and out. Issues started happening close to 3 months after completion. Called several times to have work repaired. Someone was always sent out but never fixed the problem correctly. When we moved into our new home, we learned that Natural Design had built our custom swimming pool about 30 years ago. They just finished refurbishing the pool for us and it looks amazing. My husband and I were very impressed by the team’s expertise, responsiveness, and service.

Natural Design is absolutely great to work with. They perform everything inhouse to maintain the best schedule and quality. Their talented crews of installers are incredible artist that bring the pools to life.
