Oh my, what can I say? From the moment they started until the final cleanup, everything was spot on. They had to completely demolish and replace two bathrooms. Everyday there were workers here. Never had to call about the next step . They kept me informed every step of the way. The framers, the electricians, the plumbers, the painters, the tile fellow. While we haven’t had any work completed yet, I feel like I got a 5 star experience just from speaking with Candace on the phone. She explained the entire process clearly, let me know what to expect, and was truthful with me about our current expectations and options. I felt like I was talking to a friend that I’d never met before. We wanted to have our 1977 kitchen brought up to 2023 standards. Terry gave us a price that was a little more than we wanted to spend so we worked with Candace and Terry to get to a place we could live with all the while we completed the items that Nations Builders did not complete. Terry’s crew was wonderful and completed the work in short order to leave us to finish the remaining projects. We highly recommend Nation Builders as they do quality work.
