I am not a happy person at the moment, I have been told my policy this month alone is $510, there has been alot of misdirection I have been told, I will not disclose what was told to me but I really don't want to have to move my insurance elsewhere but I am absolutely not paying that when I have used to paying a lower amount, and I am not the only person that was told to me that had to deal with this. I must say State Farm Mobile, AL Nathan Skipper, first class. Bad experience with previous company. Had checked many quotes, lost , not knowing the right company to go with. Received a nice letter, quote and card from Vi, problem solved. Vi was very helpful and kind and made it make sense. Thank you State Farm, you are the best.
