During my first visit to Napoli’s, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the entire staff. My shirts were meticulously measured for tailoring during the same visit and were ready for pickup within a few days. Although I required a second alteration, the staff promptly addressed my concerns. The customer service I received was truly outstanding. I am confident that I will become a loyal customer and recommend Napoli’s to others.
First class service, absolutely amazing atmosphere, and the selection of men’s clothing is unreal! The one on one service was just the right amount of knowledge and professionalism without any pressure whatsoever so ever! If Google had 6 stars this place would get all 6! Rico saved the day! Had a custom suit order for my upcoming wedding that fell through with the previous store. Called Napoli’s, and Rico got us in for measuring within an hour! Spent time with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and he even honored the price quoted by the previous store! Would definitely recommend to anyone, I’ll be a customer for life!
