Nancy Denzer is extremely easy to work with. She tries very hard to make sure that she is helping you find exactly what you want. Once we had made an offer and had it accepted, she helped us get contacts for all the utilities and also connected us up with someone to get the home owner's insurance we needed. A lot of realtors just deal with the sale. She makes sure you have everything else lined up, too. She was actually out of town when we made our offer.
