This is the second time we have used Nancy Denzer as our Realtor. First when we moved to Lake City, she worked tirelessly to ind us a home during a very competitive time. Most recently, she helped us sell our home and purchase a new home north of the Metro area. Nancy works for the client. She is very professional and timely. We would use her again in a heartbeat.

Nancy Denzer is extremely easy to work with. She tries very hard to make sure that she is helping you find exactly what you want. Once we had made an offer and had it accepted, she helped us get contacts for all the utilities and also connected us up with someone to get the home owner's insurance we needed. This team is always there for you! Buying a new home is not always a smooth transition but these people make it their personal mission help with every aspect of it. They are a one of a kind once in a lifetime find. You will not regret your choice when you choose them.
