The guy I dealt with in person was helpful on the other hand I was told with confidence that the specific key I needed could be ordered and that it would be about two days. After nearly a week I called and spoke with a different individual to check the status and was told I'll check and call you back. 2 days later still no call..........

Our car was stolen over the weekend so the thief also has my house key. I called to get a quote on re-keying 4 doors/8 locks. John was at my house in under 30 minutes from my call, which I really appreciated. He and the associate I spoke to when I called were courteous and professional (and clearly responsive!) I would highly recommend Murphy's Lock & Alarm and will absolutely call on them in the future.

Con artists. Charged us $80 for literally (and i mean literally) 30 seconds of work. We were locked out of our camper (less than 4 miles away- I understand they had to drive) but $80? They said they could be there in 10-20 and took over 40 min to arrive.

Whoever answered the phone was clearly not prepared to take down any information. I was told I was scheduled for an appointment, and someone would call with a time frame. My appointment day has come and gone, and I haven't heard a single word from the company.

They showed up in less than 5 minutes. Great guy, fair price. Would recommend any day!
